The ratio is 2/1, so after he is doing well you would add two EFA (one at a time), then add the second EPA so that he would be taking 4 Pro EFA and 2 EPA. I hope that helps. My son is two and a half and weighs almost as much as your son! We are almost ready to add the second EPA---and he is talking in sentences occasionally now, with lots of 3 and 4 word phrases. We dose once in the morning, but once we add the second EPA we are going to try dosing twice a day. Good luck to you!
