Invitation to participate in research regarding omega 3,6 essential

My name is Alan and I am a certified pediatric Speech/Language

Pathologist. I am completing my PhD in holistic nutrition via Clayton

College of Natural Health (www.ccnh.edu) and am investigating the

anecdotal reports from many of you regarding the use of essential

fatty

acids—omega-3's and omega-6's—with your children who have childhood

apraxia of speech. You are being invited to participate in a research

study that seeks to examine the relationships, etc between children

with childhood apraxia of speech and essential fatty acids. This study

will be completed—in part—via an online survey where no identifying

information will be requested. If you are interested in completing

this survey, please contact me at the following email address:

smithafit@.... I will forward you a consent form to sign and

return to me; once the form is returned, I will email you the link to

the survey. Thank you for your participation.
