Requires that the parent or guardian sign a form in order to refuse to vaccinate the minor. Provides requirements for the form. Requires that the parent or guardian periodically sign a new form in order to continue the exemption. Guest guest
Even though " religion " is in itself a personal " philosophy " , states without the law written this way are trying to make parents " prove " the " religious exemption " . No one has challenged us as of yet, as the law in Georgia still reads " religious exemption " for the vaccination waiver. P.S. Just the record, I do not recommend ANY vaccines. :0)
Guest guest
Hi! I was answeing your other post about articulation disorders when the stupid computer shutdown for updates and the message dissapeared so here goes: our school tod us that our son could have a simple articulation disorder and 80% of there cases are just that. Articulation disorders are common and kids often grow out of them and correct their own speech so the school offers the parents 15 minutes of speech therapy a week. I refused to sign the iep so then they increased it to 30 minutes so I would sign and they act like I am getting a good deal. Josh did not have an articulation disorder because he also could not eat or swallow food. He could not drink from a bottle. The developmental pediatrician did not see any delays in gross motor skills because he could walk and sit and crawl all within the normal age range. Josh could not breath on his own when he was born because he swallowed myconium. Instead of having an o2 saturation rate 0f 92% or more he had a rate of 20%. He was on oxygen for 7 hours. The ob- gyn who delivered him made a smart ___ remark in front of his student at the time about c-sections 'Give me my c-section' that was what he said. He is known in the medical profession here as being rather crass. He knew his stuff but was arrogant. I made the decision to get the c-section. I have a duty to the 20% of the kids who do not have an articulation disorder and need more than 15 minutes a week of speech therapy to advocate for them. Kids like Josh. Kids with apraxia. **************Need a job? Find employment help in your area.
