Information about fish oil-EFA 101

Try adding 1 ProEPA...The basic formula is 2 ProEFA and 1 ProEPA. Other

names that are used for the same product is Complete Omega 3-6-9 and

EPA. Sometimes you can find them at vitamin stores or at Whole Foods

like you did. I buy mine online only because it is easier. Best if

given with food to help with absorption.
