Guest guest
My 2 1/2 yr old son was just diagnosed with severe apraxia. I don't much at all about it. How does the future look for these guys?????? His speech therapist tells me that he will have speech in elementary school but that's all I know. How will school be? Will he talk by then? How will these guys do in careers? Will they be severely limited? I am working iwth him several times a day with listening therapy, brushing, 1:1 direct sound therapy from him twice a day, using a sensory diet, and reading dr. seuss books to him.. He is very social but isn't talking. Any input is great!!!!
