Guest guest
The recommended starting point is 1 gelcap EFA. Watch for surges...people get confused on what a surge is. It can be more babbling, trying to say words, for some, its more eye contact. Then if you notice a plateau, you add a second EFA. Now you're at 2 EFA capsules. At the next plateau, you add your first EPA capsule. NOw you are at a 2:1 ratio of EFA to EPA. Then you add your 3rd EFA and so forth. You add each capsule based on your child's progress. There is no standard guideline as to how many to give based on age or weight. YOu start out with 1 and go from there based on how your child is doing. My child is age 3 /12 and currently on 3 EFA and 1 EPA. Always keep the ratio 2 EFA to 1 EPA. Lori >
