Philosophical exemption in Florida

Just thought I'd send this out as an FYI....

I don't have the bill number but the Florida Nurses Association just

sent out an email with the current legislation that affects nurses in

Florida. At the bottom of the email was information regarding vaccine

related legislation that is currently being considered in

Tallahassee. One of the items is to allow for parental choice in

regards to vaccines by creating a philosophical exemption. Currently

Florida only has a medical exemption and a religious exemption.

So if you live in Florida and you are interested in such an

exemption, you may want to notify your state representatives and

state senators that you would support such an exemption.

If I find out what the house bill and senate bill numbers are, I'll

post again.
