Guest guest
I was interested to read that you put physical activities 'in small ways'.....Last week I was feeling great and did about 4 hours of mowing and clearing my mother's back yard. 2 days later I was so sick I could hardly move. Both my rheumy and naturopath said that with PA I should only do small bouts of exercise (1 to perhaps 1.5 hours), however I should deffinately still exercise. Also my rheumy said that trying a light weights program might be beneficial as well. Kate

Guest guest
It would be Raritan. Do you know anything about there? aW Re: New Jersey Hi a, I live in South Jersey, Vineland. Guest guest
a, Raritan is in Central New Jersey, not far from where I was raised. My favorite pizza in the world is from DeLucia's Bakery & Pizzaria in Raritan (that was 40 years ago though so don't know if they're still there). It's an older town and years ago when I lived in Dunellen (where I was raised), it was mostly first generation Italians. The churches were very active and there was a lot to do in Raritan. It's about an hour from New York City. And not far from the Jersey shore either. There are jobs galore in that area, probably one of the lowest, if not the lowest, unemployment rates in the country. High real estate taxes though! I know you don't have any kids at home but the area has excellent schools. It's close to Rutgers University and there are several other small colleges nearby. Lots of shopping, etc. But it is a much older area than where you are now. Flo
Guest guest
Yes, people outside of Jersey already view it in a negative light, probably because they pass all that gross stuff on the Turnpike, but our area is nice, and nearby are even nicer, rural areas. I wasn't born here, but I love our part of New Jersey. in NJ (of course!)
