I blog about my son as well. I try to keep this up on a regular basis. I

usually post about 1 or 2 times a month. We have been doing this for about a

year now. I also keep journals - this is something we have done for 4 years!

It is amazing to see the progress he has made. Our site address is:

I blog about our life in general. I used to blog a lot more

frequently about Grace's apraxia but as she has been at age

level for a while, I don't talk about it quite as much. My blog

For those just getting started, click on the home speech therapy tips tag for my

ideas. In the beginning my son had 3 words and now is talking in 6 word

sentences. Intelligibility is still an issue, but oh so much better. Currently

our home program entails more than speech, but the important message from our

experience is that no one is going to get your child where they need to go as

much as you can, so design a program and get started!
