Guest guest
Hi all, Just wanted to update all of you. About a year ago, Adam began studying for his bar mitzvah. For those who don't know what it is in the Jewish religion when a boy becomes 13 they go thru a training of prayers. They are considered a man and go thru a hard service that they must learn. He has a hard time articlulating and reading/decoding words because he has apraxia. I didn't know how he was going to read english let alone read the transliterations of hebrew. He really did an outstanding job and everyone was moved and overwhelmed, including my husband and that says alot for him to say that. It was a shortened service only 45 min, but I was so proud of him and so was he. My family has posted some pictures on facebook.
