Here  is a grant application for slp....   max   income , if I remember

correctly is $20,000 per individual in the household.  I.e.   fmaily of 4, max

is $80,000.

SPRINGFIELD — Parents unable to afford therapy for children born with

physical disabilities and speech impediments soon could find relief

if Gov. Pat Quinn signs pending legislation requiring some insurance

companies to pay for treatment.
