Guest guest
Hi can anyone advise me? I live in the UK and am having a hard time finding a lab that will analyse acetyl carnitine levels. Here the only test seems to be for total and free levels in plasma. I remember suggested testing all 3 levels but would total and free give an accurate enough level to obtain a correct script from an MD?. mom to Nic, 12 hypotonia, kyphotic spine, dyspraxia, DSI, APD, sem-prag lang. disorder --------------------------------- Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Right now, he's done 250 mg and there's been no adverse reaction after a week. Donna

But, if he is doing well with the current dose, you can decide to just keep that dose. Dana
