washington dc area apraxia slp??

Hi there. We live in the Washington DC area. My 28 month old has around 50

words and his

therapist through the county suspects apraxia. We are concerned that she is

only offering

therapy 1x week and feel that he needs more. I was wondering whether anyone

knows of an

excellent slp with apraxia expertise in the DC area, or Montgomery County

(land) area.

We have had two private therapists who gave him traditional therapy, complained

that he was

so active (he is always on the move and has some oral sensory issues as well),

and got

nowhere with him.
