Vitamin E Recommendation - Is A.C. Grace's Unique E good?

I have been following the Vitamin E discussion threads and found Unique

E, which contains 400 I.U. of d-alpha and 300 mg of gamma. It also

contains no soy or wheat germ oil. Is this a good brand to use? I'm

currently using a mixed tocopheral E liquid from a natural food store,

which has 400 I.U., but does not state the amount of gamma.

Please advise if anyone has used Unique E or know of its effectiveness.
