fish oil and stomach virus -- should we still give him his fish oil?

My 27 month old son has been taking fish oil (about 1 tsp/daily --

while we wait for the lipid/cholesterol profile to come back) and he

woke up this morning with a stomach bug vomiting. Do we still give him

his fish oil? I am wondering if it will cause his stomach bug to

escalate! Anyone else have this issue before? C.
