Tuition Assitance for Parents whos children have disabilities

Hi everyone, I'm new tot he group and am quite thankful for its existence.

Something that has come up in my life is to return to school and get another

degree. Obviously times are tough and especially with an severely apraxic son,

my money goes towards him first.

I was wondering if anyone was aware of any organizations or government programs

that assist parent with college tution (undergrad & grad) who's children have

disabilities. I'm in the NY are is that matters.
