Guest guest
Hi a Some states offer medicaid waivers. The income limits are waived if the child's disability is severe enough (sorry can't think of a better word for this) to warrant the level of care of additional services. Not sure of the dx and don't know what waivers are available in VA, but if you contact dept of community health/medicaid and ask about waivers someone can help you.
