Hi!

I am also looking for how much to give my 2 year old.

Right now he gets NN Omega 3, 3 softgels a day, which works out to :

EPA 495 mg

DHA 330 mg

Omega 9 174 mg

Vitamin E 45 IU

Can I go up? Should I?

THANKS

Pia
