Hi everyone

I am new to the group and have been primarily reading for many many

days. I am hoping to become a more active poster in the days and

weeks to come and a more active part of this community. My daugher is

three and has been diagnosed with CAS but each day I look at her and

am amazed with her desire and determination to communicate. She is

the inspiration for what I want to share with the group in hopes of

spreading the word. Sing Out:music to enhance early childhood speech

development was produced and created by me..a mom and music therapist

who desperatly wants to make speech development success oriented and

fun through music! The song on the CD are both transition songs to be

used during daily activities (to give the sounds meaning and context)

and as well as play songs for fun interaction between parent and

child. The CD focuses on the bilabial sounds but certainly introduces

other sounds as well. It is also slightly slowed to allow for some

think time for our kiddos to coordinate those mouth movements It is

receiving a lot of wonderful feedback and I would love to hear from

anyone who has heard it. I am heading into the studio to record

another and would love some feedback from parents who like me love a

child with special speech related needs.

You can visit the site or contact me at www.singoutonline.com and

listen to some samples.

Wow! Thanks for reading..I start typing and get so excited to share

this.
