antibiotic shot improved son's speech

I am praying someone can lead us in the right direction! Twice my son

has received antibiotic shots for strep throat and within 24 hours his

speech is so much clearer. THis improvement goes away within a few

days to a week, but it is a marked improvement. He has already been

tested for PANDA syndrome and does not have it. What else can it be??
