SPEAK reactions

If your child had a reaction to SPEAK would you please post to this

message?

My 5 years 4mos son is today starting day 16 of SPEAK today. I have

given him 6 SPEAK capsules a day divided into three doses of 2

capsules per dose (morning, afternoon, late evening). Only the first

day did he get less than 6 and that day he got 4 because we got the

SPEAK in the afternoon in the mail.

I haven't noticed anything negative. Actually my son has made a sound

we've been working on for months in speech therapy and he's started

making another sound we've not started working on yet.

I only give him the 6 SPEAK and no other supplement or multivitamin

or anything at all.

He is a resistent eater and eats very little per day. Maybe the SPEAK

is affecting him the same as if he ate better? I know many of your

children eat food like typical children. Mine ate half a chicken

breast piece, 16oz chocolate milk, and the frosting off a cookie plus

filtered water.

His pediatrician says 1500IU of Vitamin E per day is okay since he is

16kg (36lbs) and that's the dose recommended for neurological

problems. 100-200IU/kg/day. My son clearly has neurological issues.

Unless he acts sick how would I know? He hasn't had any seizures that

I am aware of, no loose stools, no fever. We're homeschoolers so I am

with him 24 hours a day (he sleeps in my bed still).

The only thing stopping us from taking SPEAK after our supply runs

out (I bought 1 box myself and was sent 3 boxes for use in the focus

group so that's 40 days worth at 6 SPEAK a day) is the cost. It's

about $7/day to take 6 SPEAK/day.

Sincerely,

Debra, homeschooling mom of 4 ages 11, 10, 8, and 5 in Central FL
