I bought living harvest hemp milk for my 2.5 yr old son and it has 900 mg

omega-3 and

2800 mg omega-6 with GLA. He is already taking 2 pro efa and 1 epa. What do I

need to do

in order to keep him in proportion with the efa's. I am nervous to disrupt what

is working

but I really want the benefits of the milk since it is more nutritionally

complete than the rice

milk he is currently on. Anyone else use this?

I use the hemp milk that's enriched with omega 3's, and I use other products

that include fish oil with absoultely no ill effects whatsoever. It has not

bothered our ratio of fish oils and my son's response and progress whatsoever.

I've had hemp milk. Not sure about its anti-inflammatory properties, but it does

taste good on cereal!
