Guest guest
Would some one mind taking the time to explain the ratios between these two? Currently, my daughter takes 3 capsules NN Complete Omega 3.6.9 and 1 EPA. I currently take 2 Complete Omega 3.6.9 capsules. I am trying to decide if the liquid would be more cost effective for us as we both raise our intake or not but the ratios are confusing me. One teaspoon of the liquid is equivalent to 5 capsules. However, the vitamin E is the same. Are there any other parents who use the liquid or maybe even switched from the capsules to the liquid? Nordic Naturals Complete Omega 3.6.9 CAPSULES TWO 1000 mg Soft Gels Contain: EPA: 270 mg DHA: 180 mg Other Omega-3s: 115 mg GLA: 66 mg OA: 160 mg Vitamin E: 30 IU vs. Nordic Naturals Complete Omega 3.6.9 LIQUID One Teaspoon Contains: EPA: 675 mg DHA: 450 mg Other Omega-3s: 287 mg GLA: 165 mg OA: 400 mg Vitamin E: 30 IU Thank you, Lissa
