All services through the State of Arizona administered by Dept of Disabilities. Each client has their own case manager. It is feasible to keep the same case manager from age 3-16. We meet with case manager every 3 months to evaluate what services are needed and the case manager helps find the funds and the providers. We have options for various providers, we get Long Term care health insurance for our son. Our primary insurance pays first, then LTC picks up balance. As long as we use a contracted provider, our out of pocket for any of 's meds, appts, therapies etc is covered at 100%. Some of 's specialists are out of network, so we have to pre-pay our 20% co pay for our private insurance then submit for reimbursement through LTC.If you are considering moving to Tucson, email me betsy8626@... and I'll be happy to provide you with support info that is specific to Tucson.Thanks,Betsy__________________________________________________
