Where can I find Speech Therapy Lessons Online

My ASD 4 year old's behavior is horrible horrible horrible in speech therapy.

All of his improvments have been on his own and due to biomedical intervention,

and not due to the thousands we have spent over the last 2 years trying

different therapists. Basically, I have paid for nothing but them to chase him

around the room and maybe get 5 or 6 words out of him per session. Anyway, I

want to be his therapist and help him at home. Where can I find lessons,

activities, etc. online that I can do with him?
