Blood tests for esential fatty acids? (fish oils)

Hi,

Are there any blood tests for checking the levels of HUFA in the body? HUFA =

Highly Unsaturated Fatty Acids - which is what the fish oils provide.

The reason I ask is that we are planning to start our daughter (2 yrs and 3

months) on ProEFA and would like to monitor how the levels change over time so

that we can adjust dosage accordingly and also monitor what impact it has.
