My son who is 3 years old attends speech at a local school, 3 times a

week for 30 minutes.

Get an advocate if you need too, be strong and believe in yourself

knowing that it might be a hard fight for more hours of speech, you

might have to go to due process but it will be worth it. I gave up to

early because I felt defeated and unsupported and I let my emotions

take over during the IEP process and just finally gave in and signed.

I have learned a lot going from Early intervention to the school

system, the good, the bad and the ugly. Believe in your kid and his

future and get them what they need.
