Addressing the Needs of Students With Emotional

and Behavioral Challenges In Transition Sponsored By:

The County Partnership for Transition and Employment Services And

DAWN Inc. The Center for Independent living.

Thursday, May 1, 2008 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm Boonton High School

306 Lathrop Avenue Boonton, NJ 07005

Parents, students and Professionals are invited to attend an evening with a

panel of individuals who will offer their personal and professional

prospective on supports and services related to transition, youth

empowerment, supported employment and wellness.

A number of representatives from state, county and private not-for-profit

agencies will be on hand to offer information on specific resources

available.

The program will be held in the

cafeteria of Boonton High School.

Route 287 North to Exit 44 (Main Street). Make a hard left on to Lathrop

Ave. Make the first left on to Maple Avenue, take this all the way around

the School. Parking lot and cafeteria entrance are in the rear of building.

Route 287 South to Exit 45 (Myrtle Avenue) Turn left on to Myrtle Avenue.

Turn left on to Vreeland Ave. Turn right at Lathrop Avenue. Make a right

onto Maple Avenue, take this all the way around the School. Parking lot and

cafeteria entrance are in the rear of the building.
