Guest guest
My 5yr 9mo ds has double hand birth defects on both hands and last Friday he asked me to show him what the letter " L " and the letter " T " looked like using a pencil and a small notepad. I was pleased to show him and to have him practice since he doesn't usually care to practice. I feel he should be getting to the age where he is interested. Well he was playing a Pre-school Duplo game on lego.com and on the screen where you are asked to type in your name he typed " roger " ! I didn't know he knew how to spell his name!?! Wow! Now if only I can get him to learn his phone number or to tell others my name other than " mommy " we'll be progressing even more! (At the library he told the female police officer my name is " mommy " during a childhood safety class! LOL!)
