My son currently has a speech only IEP.  Academical he has tested well and

therefore has no current services except for speech therapy 2x weekly. I am

monitoring him carefully and we have had to make some small accommodations for

him (nothing documented since he only has a speech IEP- THIS CONCERNS ME, I'd

prefer accommodations to be documented in case he begins to struggle and needs

more services later on)

My son's dx is global Apraxia & most likely ADHD (we will confirm that within

the next month). Does anyone know if he is legally entitled to a 504 (we live in

NJ).  He falls a lot (lots of motor planning issues) and I am wondering if

anyone has ever received an aide for the playground?

What other accommodations/services are you kids getting with the dx of Apraxia

and/or ADHD.

I have a meeting coming up with the school and I feel like they are going to

gang up on me.....it will be me verse 5 of them :(.

Thanks for any feedback.
