Guest guest
Hello I am sorry, you were asking about ALA as alpha-lipoic acid. When I see 'ALA' I automatically think of the plant fatty acid! Alpha Lipoic acid is an antioxidant, and yes, the University of land information is correct. Alpha lipoic acid is different from vitamin E and C, but supports them. It's included in products for mitochondrial support. It's also very good for people who have diabetes, by the way - there is published research. Antioxidants - there are many pathways and ways of working.....lots of different types of cells in our body.
