Guest guest
I've pretty much dropped off the face of the earth as far as this group is concerned, completely thanks to all of the wonderful advice I got from this group, ironically enough. But I skimmed this article and thought you all might find it interesting too. We had done the Vitamin E for our dd, and it definitely did help her sensory problems, her physical gross motor, and even seemed to help refine her speech. This article mentions specifically that some kids with Autism could have a problem with vitamin E. BUT it also does make a point about the natural (d) vs. synthetic (dl), and the importance of mixed tocopherols. I definitely think the Vitamin E helped us..... but my dd didn't have even an ASD diagnosis, so with the comment on Autism and the brain and fats (I didn't really understand) I thought it might be important to some of you. Sorry if it was mentioned already! http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2008/04/10/vitamin-e-linked-t\ o-lung-cancer.aspx I wish you all the best of luck!
