Guest guest
Apraxia Network of Bergen County, I contacted you in late 2008 about posting a request for participants for a focus group on a new cartoon therapy I was developing. I just wanted you to know that from the positive results I got from that focus group I created a site dedicated to using the same cartoon and game therapy to help children with neurological conditions.. You can view it at http://duminc.com Here's the link to the Focus Group results in case I didn't forward you a copy upon the group's completion: http://duminc.com/FOCUSGROUP.html I understand that the group lists you help moderate are intended as a non-commercial environment. So I was wondering if you could suggest where to post my site to be seen by your members. Thank you,
Guest guest
I find this goof, mock or doubtful real company highly offensive. Cartoon character with the words " dumb " " dumb " " dumb " " dumb " " dumb " coming out of his head and they STOP THE DUMB with this " Dum inc? " They actually came up with a name worse than childhood apraxia of speech! And..if this is for real this isn't just the " dumbest " marketing in history in my opinion -but one that needs a few parents to " nicely " complain -and I'm using the word " nicely " in .well be as " nice " as they are to our children with neurological issues -how dare they call anything " Dum " in regards to children who have neurological issues? There's no way this is for real. Or is it just that it's late and I'm missing something?!! =====
Guest guest
It is my very first day on this group and I have to say that WOW, that is really horrible. I agree with the other person who said this is insulting. Just because a kid has a " neurological disorder " or whatever, shouldn't associate them with " dumb " and " duh " . These kids are intelligent and this advertisement is mocking them as if they were stupid. That's my opinion. > > > Apraxia Network of Bergen County, > > I contacted you in late 2008 about posting a request for participants for a > focus group on a new cartoon therapy I was developing. > > I just wanted you to know that from the positive results I got from that > focus group I created a site dedicated to using the same cartoon and game > therapy to help children with neurological conditions.. > > You can view it at http://duminc.com > > Here's the link to the Focus Group results in case I didn't forward you a > copy upon the group's completion: > > http://duminc.com/FOCUSGROUP.html > > I understand that the group lists you help moderate are intended as a > non-commercial environment.
