Excellent site! Thanks. What is the easiest way (for us lazy people) to do a

GH protocol?

Do you have any opinions on the 'Life Extension Mix' sold by lef.org?

Would you consider doing a quick rundown on each of the items in your

protocol (http://optimalhealth.cia.com.au/protocol.html) and tell us what it

does and what product you use?

If you get your blood glucose into the youthful range, you will get youthful GH

release. Amino acid releasers can help

but the main problem is elevated glucose.

OK but the amino acid APGL is the best I know of.
