Guest guest
This supplement has had amazing results in many children including my own neice. I'm told the difference in the product is in the patented formulation of Omega-3s and Vitamins. first words are leading in to full phrases in just under two months. It really does work. Guest guest
I ordered them and the pills are enormous. My 4 year old cannot swallow them. I try to put the liquid contents into food and he is soooo astute; he will not eat anything that has been tampered with. What do I do? **************Recession-proof vacation ideas. Guest guest
i'm lucky because my son loves it straight up! i pierce the capsules and put it on a spoon, or i put it in his yogourt. you could try putting it on the spoon and then rewarding him for taking it. i found that here 3 m & m's go a long way. i only had to do this a few times because now he just does well with the verbal praise. it's amazing what our kids will do for m & m's, stickers or simply a special activity with mom or dad. hth sandy ________________________________ From: " cyncallas@... Guest guest
I wish I never tried this stuff for my child -to me I feel like I poisoned my child - and wish it never came up in our group. If your curious why read the following links. /links/Pharma_Omega_Spea\ k_reports_from_group_001224703760/ http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=115029735601#/topic.php?uid=115029735601 & t\ opic=7363 And if you don't want to read some of the sad stories of side effects reported in this group (which to me seemed like the majority) just google hypervitaminosis E and K how is Evoni- did the seizures stop yet? =====
Guest guest
Our son had about 6-10 " utterances " we called words before using these (mama, dada, uh huh, mu-oore (more), up-pa (up), op (open))...he was 3 years and 2 months old and was saying not much more than that. Everything was " eh, eh, eh " and pointing gestures or self-made signs. He had been to the neurologist and upon leaving his office (I wasn't thrilled with the neurologist we saw), he mentioned fish oils), so after that visit, I was looking online for individual experiences of fish oils, what to get, how much to give, and I came across these capsules. I looked up the company, decided they were legit and ordered the " free sample " for $5 shipping. The sample pack had enough for just under 2 months the way we were taking them (though we forgot some days to give them to him). We gave 2 capsules per day most days. We just used a pin, poked a hole in the one end and squeezed it into this mouth - he loved taking it, though my hands smelled like fish on a couple of occassions. We haven't ordered it since the trial b/c he has picked up so much language and they are a bit on the pricy side. But I must say that he started speaking within a couple of weeks of taking them - it was combined with prompt therapy twice a week, extra sessions by mom and dad at home, the fish oils, or providence...whatever it was, combination of all of them, we definitely attributed some of his language to the capsules. Had the price not been so high we would have definitely ordered again, instead we used the gummy fish oils from Costco now. Though they are not the combination that is in the Speak capsules, at least our little guy is still getting some of the extra omega 3. Hope that helps!
