Hi Maureen,

  They have classes in Albany for Dynavox. My daughter's SPED teacher and SLP

just went up last week to take one. I took the beginner class when we first got

the Dynavox and it was very helpful. You can call Upstate Communications (in

Rochester) to get the dates of the classes.

Has anyone who has a Dynavox ever taken one of their classes? We've

had one for over a year. I know it can do so much more than my 7dd

uses it for now. She has one of the newest versions- Dynavox V. The

representative is coming to my house next week to show us more that it

can do for her. There are no classes in our area, but the Rep said

she'd set up some of those too. I tried to do the online lessons- but

they're so monotonous== it was tough to sit through one.

only south of here,and I bet within 4miles of my zip code.
