I have a child in a regular class and they provide her with speech , pull out

her from the class for 2minutes. I requested an assessement for my daughter as

She took group speech, this is not good for APRAXIA, also this group is

Elementary school.

On the IEP says its INDIVIDUEL, she had tubes in both ears, also she took one

hour private outside.

NOW I BLAMED THEM AS THEY SAID NO OT SERVICES, she is not quialified, also in

the other side, they want to take from me the NPA, PRIVATE SPEECH, also speech

to be 10minutes twice, also they said we will closed the program of the KIDZONE

CLASS regular class,NOW they denying all the services.

I said no, you have to find solution, I cant say to these services after you

cutting that, so they said and we cant work on new goals, and said this is STAY

PUT. we will be on the OLD IEP.

Iam worry about my daughter, as NOW THEY SEND HER TO MOST RESTRICTIVE

ENVIRNOMENT TO SUPPORT SPEECH SERVICES, and said the new placement with

10minutes/ inside the class  is your opioin now, nothing else.

If I disagree, go to due processing, NOW IAM WORRY ABOUT MY DAUGHTER BECAUSE NOW

I DIDNT THIS BAD IEP,, and still asking where is the services, they said this is

all .

Now I cant imagine my daughter be in the restrictiver envirnoment, I went to the

school, and asking for the speech class description, they said we dont have any

paper for this, HOW COME???????

I need to know information, they said 11 kids similar to your daughter, they

need speech

NEED YOUR HELP BEFORE SET ANOTHER MEETING WITH THEM.
