feeling i have the rights and not fair

hi,

Iam writing to you, as I have a daughter with verbal Apraxia and phonological

disorder, she had done an ear surgery , tubes placed in both ears, also in the

same time , she used to get 3times aweek 20m/individuel, and 20m/group, plus her

one hour private speech.

BUT my conceren she didnt get the right services from the school, also in the

same time, she got her speech group, and at the end of the year , she didnt

achieve two goals, but they said NO, all is fine.

From 2 months before, I noticed that she ate her slvees Sweetar, also some

papers, and I didnt notice this behaviour before at all, So I thought this is

SENSORY ISSUE, After couple of days I wrote a letter to the district stated in

that my daughter doesnt get the right services, you cant put pre-schooler kid

with Elementarykids.

THEN later , they said we will do full assessement as you required, but I dont

know they worked with her , but I think this is not the right questions for her

age EX, put 4 pieces floor puzzle toghter.

THEN THEY SAID , SHE IS OK WITH ACADEMIC SKILLS. SHE CAN SORT THE COLORS AND

ANIMALS, AND KNOW 1-10.SHE IS 4 YEARS AND 2MONTHS.

THEY CHANED HER CLASS FROM REGULAR EDUCATION CLASS TO SPEECH EDUCATION CLASS,

which is horrible, this class 12 kids different disabilities, it is only for 2

and half hour.

THEY said she can take 10m/ twice individuel, and no more for NPA , private

speech.

WHEN I VISITED THE CLASS ASKING ABOUT A WRITTEN PROGRAM, THEY SAID NO WE DONT

HAVE, ALSO MY CONCERN HOW IT IS WORKING WITH ONE SLP, AND PART TIME SPECIAL

EDUCATION TEACHER.VISIT OT FOR 15M AWEEK.

Iam sacring , how can I help my daughter, they now try to cut all her services,

also in the same time they want to move her from her regular class to special

education class as she needs intensiove speech therapy.

PLEASE HELP ME I KNOW THEY WRONG WITH THE GOALS, HOW COME ANOTHER SLP PUT THE

GOALS AND SHE DIDNT SEE MY DAUGHTER ONLY IN THE ACADEMIC TEST.

why her speech teacher didnt put the goals.

HELP ME , PLEASE, SHE IS MY ONLY OWN DAUGHTER, AND SEEMS THE SCHOOL WANTS TO

TRICKY ME.
