Very interesting video by Pulitzer-prize winner Laurie Garrett

I can tell that there is still much confusion on the influenza in this group.

What some don't understand is that the concern isn't so much the current flu

that is spreading, it's the way it's spreading globally and the fear it will

mutate to something deadly. Whilst some still believe that you can't die

directly from the flu, the following video will explain why that's sadly a myth

and how you can die directly from influenza.

This is not a US condition and concern but a global one. So for those that

believe in a government conspiracy -which government?

it's well known that that may not do anyone much good as some here already know

(and when you listen the following video by Pulitzer-prize winner Laurie Garrett

she'll explain why) if there was some sort of pandemic God forbid there won't be

enough for everyone. Also if we follow history it will sadly be the poorest

countries with the highest death rate.

Malnutrition does add to it but vaccines do save lives too.

(problem is we don't know which one is needed)

I took the time to listen to the post Gabby sent out which was some guy who

charges 60 bucks for council on the web for out of body experience and his

knowledge of the flu. I found his tape interesting to listen to -kind of like a

story -but flawed. I myself do not just listen to news from one source or one

But on an end note again the concern is not the current strain of flu -it's the

fact it's spreading person to person globally and that it may mutate. And yes,

the bird flu is still a great concern if it does mutate to become transmitted

person to person.
