His premise is that sugar (and high glycemic foods) causes " inflammation " and lead to poor health. He stresses good quality protein (especially, lots of fish) green salads, and essential fatty acids with the 3 meals and 2 snacks a day that he recommends. He also suggests taking the supplements DMAE (found in salmon), vit C-ester and Alpha lipoic acid. Anyone hear of him before? Any comments?
