Guest guest Posted November 9, 2009 Report Share Posted November 9, 2009 You can increase your dose whenever you feel like it - years ago most people just started at 4.5mg anyway until it was found, for some people if sensitive, starting at a lower dose and moving up slowly might help with any side effects.
