Unless you acknowledge the idea that active, forceful therapies such as

chiro, NUCCA, push-me-pull-you, trigger point, etc, are useless at best

and harmful at worst.

The body is a self-correcting entity. Forcing it into something is

futile and always results in more problems.

Would this be the pot calling the kettle black, as we are on a list that is

forcing the body to release damage done by an external force? Apparently,

assistance is sometimes needed.

Our NUCCA practitioner uses light touch. In fact, you don't feel anything until

after the appt. Not the definition of forcing. Perhaps you don't understand

what type of NUCCA we use?

For us, we used both modalities. Can CST help? Yes. Can all of them help?

Yes. Can some work better, for longer than others? Yes. It is all about

individualized treatment.
