Guest guest
, My two boys tested allergic to milk. So, I don't give it. I don't give milk substitutes either because many of them have ingredients that my boys are allergic to such as soy. Guess what? We just had their minerals tested and they tested normal in all minerals including calcium. So, do not feel badly. You do not have to give milk to get calcium and strong bones. There are many, many other ways to get calcium in the diet. I do give my boys coconut kefir these days and that has calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus. But when they were tested, I had not started the kefir yet.
