Seminar Series Scheduled at the Somers Library

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

September 10, 2008

( NEW YORK ) --- Littman Krooks LLP is proud to announce that they will

be holding a series of free seminars at the Somers Public Library in

Somers , New York in September and October. On Monday, September 15,

2008 at 3:00PM, Valentin, Esq. will be conducting a seminar

entitled " Elder Law- What You Need to Know As You Plan for the Future. "

Topics discussed will include basic elder law planning, Medicaid

planning, and asset protection.

On Monday, September 22, 2008 at 6:00PM, Adrienne Arkontaky, Esq. will

be presenting a seminar on Special Education Law. Ms. Arkontaky will

discuss how to be an effective advocate for your special needs child, as

well as the rights of special needs children under Special Education

Laws and regulations.

On Monday, October 6, 2008 at 6:00PM Adrienne Arkontaky, Esq. will be

conducting another seminar on Special Needs Planning for families of

children with disabilities. Topics discussed will include guardianship

and special needs trusts.

Finally, on Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at 3:00PM Amy C. O'Hara, Esq. will

be presenting a seminar on Estate Planning. This seminar will be an

overview of basic estate planning and the essential estate planning

documents all families should have in place.
