Usually people start with 1 Nordic Naturals ProEFA or Omega 3-6-9, then add

another when your child progress starts to plateau. Finally add 1 Pro EPA.

is the same as NN Pro EFA (I believe one of them is a better deal...Omega 3-6-9

is what you typically find in most of the stores or other online stores).

You can also get NN Omega 3-6-9 in a liquid form, but it's shelf life is shorter

than the pills! I get it at www.vitacost.com

Complete Omega 3-6-9 is the same thing as ProEFA. I used to order

online, but since we moved I can occasionally find Complete Omega

3-6-9 at Vitamin Shoppe locally. I stock up when they have a sale.

Always check the level of DHA, EPA, and GLA per one capsule when you buy even if

you 'think' it's the same.
