I think my nephew has Apraxia, he will be 3 in September and is very hard

to understand. My sister understands him MOST of the time. She had him

evaluated by a developmental pediatrician who rules out Apraxia, because he

doesn't drool or have any visible signs of low oral motor tone. I'm inclined

to believe my sister should seek a second opinion. Thoughts?????
