Nordic Naturals that's cod liver oil. And the children's is a teeny amount too.

thank you so much i guess im confused the bottle says    epa  25mg

                                                                                \

     dha 313mg along with others

from what i understand from the facebook page

the pro efa cap. has 148 mg EPA

99 mg DHA

40 mg GLA

are these different kinds?  or is it the GLA missing that is the problem?

 

please be patient with me, if i need to go buy more i will just want to make

sure i know what im looking for this time.

so which brand to choose proefa or efalex ? and is complete omega ultimate omega

with borage oil the nortic naturals the in store name i should be looking for ?
