Guest guest
easy-peasy! don't know why I got so " worked " up...she sedated easily, 20 minutes in the machine, started to stir right after the imaging, and an hour later scarfing down food! now, the wait...they gave me 10 sheets of MRI film, I see she has a brain, but that is about it...gotta leave the rest to the experts. I do find myself looking and looking at the images, but alas, I have no idea. they offered to mail me the same report the neurologist will receive, at least I know my way through some terminology, and anything else I can " google " until we go to our follow up with our neuro...so, I will be checking the mail furiously everyday, and post as soon as I know anything! she is still a bit " off " some days...she is attempting more words ( today i got DODA for Dora, along with her pointing to a picture of Dora in a book) but has not completely lost her grunting, LOUD grunting... I HATE THE GRUNTING! LOVING the new word attempts though...gotta share the GOOD and the bad. Many thanks for your good vibes and thoughts for ! hugs to all! Guest guest
Kris I'm so happy to hear how easy it was...I'll let Tanner know! Tanner's still not 100% either as I've been letting all know -but thank goodness he's most of the time back to normal...it's those strange glitches or as put it which makes so much sense -short circuits as water was spilled onto an electrical system (sorry no archives to see how you put it!) I pray that 's MRI is normal because both our children had those strange dramatic regressions on speak -and your daughter in just 2 days. Yesterday the " glitch " was on the letter " n " (from the book Twilight) I again back to basics worked on the " n " sound-and then poof he was able to say " nothing " Kathy from our group was on the phone with me and asked me to ask Tanner if he can say it right in his head...and he said " yes in my head it's right I just can't say it " Good news is getting him to relearn the sound this time is quick! =====
