vitamin e

Hello,

I would like to start Vit E for my son. Have been using ProEFA and ProEPa

and now want to add Vit E . Please tell methe ratio of alpha and gamma.

most of the gamm E I have seen are a combination o Gamma high, low doses

of alpha and some also have beta. Is that okay or should I try to find

Gamma only.

What is the best brand or one commonly used for Vitamin E for a five year

old? I had been giving my son a mixed combo 400 I. U. but ran out and had a

bottle of high gamma tochophorals from Vitamin world, but it says on that bottle

not to be ingested by persons under 18? Jen

I would like to add vitamin e to my daughters fish oils. My Dr. Recommended no

more then 400. Can anyone recommend a brand that they have had success with?
