Recommending a psychiatrist in Chicago area

Hello,

We live in West suburb of Chicago. My 9 year-old son's primary issue is

undiagnosed, probably a genetic issue. However the secondary issues include

Autism, Severe Global Apraxia, Severe ADHD, Sensory issues and epilepsy.

Through years we have worked with many neurologist and psychiatrist. Needless to

say we have tried many alternative approaches, including working with DAN

doctor, chelation, trying many bio-meds, supplements and treatments suggested on

this and other groups and none seemed to work for him if not making him worse.

Over last couple years we have started using Psych medicines for ADHD. We found

a couple that seem working and he was not as hyper and a little more alert and

cooperative. We increased all the meds to the point we were happy with. Few

months ago we went down a little on one of them to see if he still is going to

do well and he started to have few Bathroom accidents a day, being hyper and

very easy to get upset and very hard to calm down. We went back up again, but

going back to the good dose is not helping, I've been waiting for 3 months now

and issues seem to be staying if not getting worse.

I'm hoping someone can give me a psychiatrist name in Chicago area that has been

very knowledgeable and successful with your case, our current psychiatrist is

nice and listens to me but I need someone who knows what to do about these.
